About Rod
I’m blown away by the invitation by God to be a part of his Plan!
I have been gifted with the most amazing wife…Rosa Maria…who is the epitome of God’s grace in human form.
Each of our 6 uniquely beautiful children and their equally beautiful husbands and wives, along with our 15 grandkids enrich our lives with their love and passion. Charlotte, a.k.a.Charlie, and the Mini-bopper twins – Kaci & Sienna – are our latest editions:)
And my family in Michigan ~ amazing (and a little crazy:) brothers and sisters and their families ~ share a love with each other that makes life more interesting. My Mom & Dad who recently celebrated their 69th wedding anniversary, live lives that exemplify the matchless love of God between a husband and wife.
My passion is to encourage men to step up and be the guys God designed us to be. “Where are our men?” It’s a challenging question indeed.
Loving life in Rio Rancho, New Mexico…and the grandeur of the Jemez Mountains!
“I run in the path of your commands, for you have set my heart free.” ~Psalm 119:32

This is great to see Rod! Knowing your mother and father (as well as the whole family) you could fill volumes of books based on your parents guidance and the ways that they have grown together. If there is a “go to” couple for examples of how to live its your mom and dad.

Greetings Zoo-Crew – Johnny & Sher!
Thank you for taking the time to connect. With 3 years under your belt, you are well-seasoned compared to us 1st year directors. We have a lot to learn, and fortunately we have a great team to work with alongside Family Life. I (Rod) am from a little town called “Otisville” north east of Flint. I still have lots of family there, and so enjoy my visits there. Rose spent the 1st few years of her life in Juarez, Mexico. We met online and are coming up on out 10 year anniversary – God is so good! Please feel free to share any wisdom with us along the way. We’re looking forward to hearing what’s working well for other directors. Blessings! Rod ‘n Rose
